Farmacia Altura is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of the Articles depicted in the published catalog, for any delayed delivery and/or non-delivery of the product or for any other event not directly attributable to our company.
Farmacia Altura does not take any responsibility for the loss of products after they have been delivered.
The technical specifications presented on Farmacia Altura's website are obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the articles included in our catalog. Farmacia Altura, therefore, reserves the right to modify or adapt the technical information of the products in the catalog, even without any prior notice.
The pictures of the articles are indicative and the characteristics of the products delivered may thus differ slightly from the photos in the catalog.
Farmacia Altura reserves the right to accept or decline any orders that are placed, and in any case until the goods are sold-out.
The articles being sold could be temporarily out of stock. In such case our esteemed Customers will be informed via e-mail within a maximum of seven days from receipt of the purchasing order. If the article ordered should no longer be available, we will reserve the right to cancel the purchasing request and credit back any amount already paid.
The prices of the displayed products can exclude or include a value added tax. Whether or not the value added tax is applied will be clearly indicated on the page.

The articles ordered will have to be paid in advance via one of the forms of payment listed in "Methods of Payment".

Shipment and withdrawal
The articles ordered will be sent via the shipment method chosen in "Methods of Shipment."
The goods travel at the risk of the purchaser, therefore our esteemed Customers are informed that any claim for damages to the goods must be communicated immediately at the moment of receipt of those same goods, by signing the receipt "subject to reservations" and indicating the type of damage.
The Customer is protected by the Italian legislation as regards the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 15/01/92 n 50).
